Pete Serrano

Founder / Former General Counsel

Pete was Director and SMF's General Counsel; he's married to PJ and a proud father of three. Pete's first job out of law school was with a small water litigation firm in D.C., where Pete sued the government to stop illegal rulemaking. Since that time, Pete has fought for open government, to protect private business and individual rights. Pete has stepped away from SMF to accept an appointment as  US Attorney for the Eastern District of Washington.
